Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing a holistic user experience across all brands and digital platforms. Leverages quantitative and qualitative data, e-commerce best practices, cross-functional expertise, and creativity to identify areas of opportunity to continuously optimize websites and digital platforms to achieve revenue and KPI goals while elevating brand equity.
Position includes overseeing and leading a team (3+ direct reports, and up to 10+ in direct reports) for: onsite user testing development and execution, optimization, UX/UI strategy and design, on and off-site digital content strategy, site structure, SEO, digital product merchandizing, conversion rate and other key KPI optimization, social media/digital community integration, and digital content production and promotion.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes web analytics, heatmaps, session recording, and other data to research and evaluate trends in key website metrics, sales performance, and onsite behavioral patterns to identify opportunities to maximize revenue, achieve business results and key KPIs, and create optimal experience and outcomes of site visitors
- Performs ongoing user testing to accurately measure and evaluate the impact of site adjustments
- Oversees on-site promotional updates, promotional planning and maintenance, and the holistic ecommerce shopping experience; ensuring accuracy and working to continuously optimize the customer purchase journey
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of all on-site activity; rigorously analyzes and evaluates metrics to recommend solutions and hypotheses that will increase key performance indicators
- Manages and prioritizes the stream of incoming site adjustment requests; works cross-functionally to assess priority to produce an ideal customer journey and maximize growth of key performance indicators
- Works cross-functionally to develop and maintain an optimization roadmap for each site
- Oversees Web Analytics and reporting, providing critical information to team and senior management
- Responsible for maintaining Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other web analytics accounts, ensuring data accuracy and maximizing opportunity in close collaboration with operations, analytics, and sales. Includes but not limited to: setting up Google Events, building dashboards, maintaining session recordings, heatmaps and more.
- Maintains and optimizes all site tags and tracking pixels to ensure data is being collected efficiency, accurately and to its maximal potential.
- Leads SEO and Digital Content Strategy
- Responsible for on-site content and product merchandizing includes, but not limited to: all onsite promotional marketing, on-page product descriptions, product reviews, and imagery
- Leads research and oversight of search trends, strategically building site content with an SEO-mindset
- Creates and executes the plans for all off-site digital content and messaging in collaboration with brand and creative teams, including but not limited to: live virtual events, podcast, blog, on-site and off-site copy
- Consistently analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to track and optimize content strategy
- Effectively leverages and integrates social media and corresponding promotional content, including but not limited to: Facebook pages, Facebook groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and more.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Position includes overseeing and leading a team (3+ direct reports, and up to 10+ in direct reports)
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or similar
- 10+ years of proven digital marketing and e-commerce experience
- Experience with front-end web development, including: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery and RegEx. Prefer ability to read and write basic site scripts and ability to oversee direction in these areas.
- Experience with tracking pixels and tag management, including tools such as: Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Pixel and Google Tag Assistant
- Expert-level experience with web analytics tools, such as: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tableau, Google Optimize and Google Data Studio
- Extensive experience with A/B testing, UX/UI strategy and optimization. Proven ability to develop and execute accurate on-site and off-site user testing
- Expert-level experience with design software, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of digital design and UX best practices, image compression, color profiles, and optimal digital image and video formats.
- Proven track record of building a robust and strategic content and social marketing program and/or integration with social marketing experts; experience with video production, marketing and SEO.
- Prior experience managing site content management systems, CMS migrations, and managing ecommerce websites.

Other Requirements:
- Preference to candidates in the Gilbert / Phoenix Arizona area but will selectively consider remote candidates aligned to Arizona business hours.
