Digital Experience Manager
Job Description
Werner Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing sales team. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining business relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales growth through a digital platform.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue to the company's digital logistics platform
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new and existing business
- Conduct product demos to potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer experience
- Analyze customer data to identify new sales opportunities and make recommendations to improve customer experience
- Monitor and report on sales metrics to measure the success of digital sales efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience• Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred
