What You’ll Do:

Traeger is seeking a Digital Experience Optimization Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the creation of new digital experiences, execution of A/B and multivariate testing strategies on traegergrills.com, analysis of test results, onsite optimization, and targeting of digital content and experiences. You will be developing and managing a testing roadmap which aligns with our business objectives, improved customer experience and on-site conversion. You will be a subject matter expert on the designing of tests and will collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Front-End Developers, and the Traeger brand team to set up QA and deploy tests. 

How You’ll Help Us Win:

  • Familiarity with and ability to communicate optimization best practices for implementation across media
  • Understand customer personas and needs to research, create, and implement relevant content for various audience segments
  • Provide statistically rigorous analysis while efficiently managing the entire process from ideation to test execution, completion, analysis, documentation, and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and deploy experiments through A/B and multivariate testing
  • Measure, report, analyze and present on metrics of testing and targeting results
  • Work collaboratively with brand marketing and marketing development teams to realize testing and targeting initiatives through digital content, digital experiences and offers
  • Work collaboratively with acquisition and lifecycle teams for optimization of digital programs
  • Work with SEO and paid search teams to optimize landing pages and identify new customer acquisition and cross sell opportunities
  • Maintain the operational status of testing calendar, prioritization, queues, monitor roadmaps, test schedules, in-flight tests, provide recommendations, and reporting progress to organization on a regular basis
  • Assist with implementation of personalization strategies on web and app, including dynamic product and recipe recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with website, acquisition, and lifecycle teams to conduct multi-channel tests and implement “winning” tests and other best practices throughout digital channels
  • Utilize analytics tools to track customer activity and optimize experiences and conversion throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in a web analytics, conversion rate optimization and personalization programs
  • 5+ years analyzing online behavior, vision the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies, and tactical plans
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (must have experience with the following: variables, events, segments, and custom queries)
  • Experience with Google Tag manager / Analytics or similar tag management tool
  • Experience with testing and personalization platforms such as Monetate, Dynamic Yield, or Optimizely
  • Experience setting up an A/B infrastructure, conducting tests, analyzing data, and sharing results/insights
  • Knowledge of Domo, Looker, Tableau, SQL, Qlik, or similar data manipulation and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of Amplience or similar Content Management System (CMS) and SalesForce Commerce Cloud applications a plus
  • Experience communicating through a variety of mediums to internal and external stakeholders.
