Job Description

The Digital Experience Optimization Program Manager will be responsible for tracking and facilitating work on projects across a portfolio of customers, from ideation through design, development, launch, and finally analysis, reporting and actionable recommendations.
Each project involves working side-by-side with several cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. You will be managing anywhere from 8-20 projects at one time through each of their various stages. This role is an individual contributor role, where the key to success will be the ability to manage project timeline deliverables proactively and independently, as well as a passion for experience optimization.
Responsibilities
- Workflow management:
- Oversee projects for multiple customers, ensuring program goals are reached
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (test leads, analytics, engineers, UX designers, and other digital and technical leaders, both internally and client facing) to plan project workflow, including deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for projects
- Craft schedules, timelines, and milestones to structure the project and establish accountability
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives in keeping with customer goals and product capability
- Develops detailed status reports on multiple developing and ongoing tests
- Monitor live projects from ideation through delivery, interfacing with customers on technical and non-technical matters
- Product use:
- Develop an understanding of our product and its features and provide support in improving customer project outcomes
- Translate growth goals into measurable optimization metrics
- Work process:
- Ensure reasonable expectations are set and met or exceeded with stakeholders
- Ability to assist as needed in gathering requirements, leading planning, assisting in test design and approvals, following-up on development and QA, and seeing test through execution and final analysis
- Develop protocols for evaluating project outcomes and identify areas of improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- When necessary, escalate issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders and develop mitigation approaches
Experience and Skillset
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital optimization
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in professional services, specifically serving in a client-facing capacity
- Experience managing multiple complex projects
- Demonstrated working knowledge of AB or Multivariate testing, preferably using one or more of the following platforms: Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Monetate
- Bonus points for experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and/or Figma
Skillset:
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work with and successfully resolve workflow conflicts with cross-functional teams and multiple customers and projects
- Resourceful, a self-starter with strong initiative to learn and grow
- Comfortable with managing change and helping to navigate customers through process and deliverables
- Strong time management skills and a track record of successful outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technologies
- Empathy for and interest in collaborating with people in the process of successfully delivering work
- Focused on value and outcomes
