Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Experience Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving effective marketing automation campaigns and implementing personalized website experiences to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and optimize the overall user journey. Your expertise in marketing automation, website personalization strategies, and data analysis will play a crucial role in delivering tailored experiences that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing automation programs, including lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, customer segmentation, and personalized content delivery.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) to build, execute, and monitor automated campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop lead scoring models, define customer personas, and map out customer lifecycle stages for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns and drive higher ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and conduct data-driven experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing automation workflows.
- Utilize Acquia Personalization to implement and manage website personalization strategies.
- Develop and execute website personalization strategies based on data-driven insights and customer segmentation to deliver personalized experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content assets for website personalization initiatives.
- Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform website personalization strategies and make data-driven optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in marketing automation and website personalization to propose innovative ideas and strategies for improving campaign performance and website experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua) and proficiency in building and managing complex campaigns and workflows.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and the buyer's journey.
- Experience in implementing and managing website personalization initiatives using personalization engines, website optimization platforms, or content management systems.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to apply them to website personalization strategies to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Proficiency in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize marketing campaigns and website personalization initiatives.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to extract actionable insights for website personalization and optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development concepts to collaborate effectively with web development teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns and personalization initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional user experiences.
