Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Digital Experiences Executive to join our ever-expanding Growth Team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute experiments based on predefined experimentation processes, documents and specifications. This includes both A/B and multivariate testing. 

• Support cross-functional teams with operational tasks related to new product journeys and landing page experiences.

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior and implement optimization strategies.

• Manage testing initiatives for assigned verticals, including A/B and multivariate testing.

• Analyze on-site performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with broader business goals.

• Translate complex business goals into actionable tasks to proactively solve problems.

• Own QA and troubleshooting for experiments going live from the Digital Experiences Team 

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience in a digital role, particularly in analytics, operations, consulting or a business-driven function.

• Key responsibilities in previous roles must include process creation and execution, ownership of QA and an eye for detail.

• Proficient with specialized software such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Optimizely, Amplitude, or similar tools.

• Excellent prioritization tools 

• Ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behavior and inform optimization efforts.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to execute predefined details and testing ideas.

• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate proactively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with user testing platforms and developing user testing interviews and surveys.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and GA4.

• Prior experience using MS Loop/Notion 

• Knowledge and experience using custom CMS.
