Duties and Responsibilities

• Design for customers, co-workers and other stakeholder audiences across digital and traditional channels: web, email, print and digital advertising, social media, direct mail, reports, marketing materials, energy statements and more

• Code email, digital marketing and advertising and other requests using HTML5 and CSS with mobile optimization and a degree of personalization ensuring they render across clients and devices

• Work collaboratively with copywriters and stakeholders to design concepts that are on strategy and on brand, appropriately reflecting creative and business goals

• Manage multiple projects from concept though production with support from senior creative leadership as needed

• Ensure best practices are implemented for all outbound campaigns

• Continuously stay on top of training to ensure knowledge of best practices, coding functionality, and new product features

• Recommend innovative approaches and/or creative solutions to meet changing communication consumption habits of internal and external audiences

• Perform other duties and special projects assigned as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in graphic design or similar field from an accredited college or university. Three or more years of agency or corporate graphic design experience, to include: strong portfolio exhibiting original design concepts across print, web and digital media, extensive working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, extensive working knowledge of typography, layout, color theory and design aesthetic, preferred. Experience using HTML and CSS to develop and design for digital channels and an understanding of the impact on UI/UX when making design decisions, required. Experience with MS Office suite required.
