CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Digital Growth Director to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
The Digital Growth Director (DGD) works within a CLA region to develop and close opportunities for CLA digital products and services, as well as other seamless opportunities within CLA. As part of the CLA Digital leadership team, The DGD works extensively with DGA's and DGS's in the development of a territory or region. They are expected to recruit as necessary and develop sales teams. A DGD carries a substantial revenue generation accountability.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide business planning to enable a set of CLA family members who are industry leaders, service leaders and/or geographic leaders
• Manage database of prospective clients, nurture prospective client relationships and follow up with all prospects
• Recruit and develop sales teams
• Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
• Work with members of the Digital leadership team to identify ways to grow in industry and/or geographic markets
• Meet defined revenue goal
• Create and develop new opportunities necessary to achieve sales goals
• Perform discovery meetings with prospects, manage all aspects of sales process
• Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
• Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified prospects
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Digital Solutions and industry trends
• Develop and organize programs to evangelize CLA Digital to our internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
• Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
• Be persistent with communications - follow up as necessary
Requirements
• Ten years of sales or business development experience required.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Information Technology or related field required. Five years of experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
