The Opportunity
6 month contract - East Coast Preferred
As a Digital Growth Strategy Extern you will build out Multiverse's go-to-market strategy across our B2B and B2C channels. You will lead cross-functional strategy projects to fuel Multiverse's rocketship growth as an ed tech unicorn.
Specifically, you will:

The base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.

The Opportunity
6 month contract - East Coast Preferred
As a Digital Growth Strategy Extern you will build out Multiverse's go-to-market strategy across our B2B and B2C channels. You will lead cross-functional strategy projects to fuel Multiverse's rocketship growth as an ed tech unicorn.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead critical strategy projects to improve the effectiveness of our marketing org, from determining the landscape of chat+AI tooling on our website to improving our fulfilment process for sold deals.
- Establish, track and develop recommendations to improve ROI of our marketing spend (e.g LTV:CAC), working closely with our Finance team
- Own analyses and building strategies to help Multiverse identify and pursue key growth opportunities
Work with a world-class go-to-market team that helped the business achieve a valuation of $1.7b this summer
About you
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or technology strategy roles
- Proficient in handling and analysing large data sets utilising Excel and/or Google Sheets, bonus if you have experience with SQL!
- Process and operational thinking: you can tackle a problem independently and quickly iterate to a solution, and then also document it in a way that's easy to understand for all audiences.
- You are a clear, effective communicator and are excited about working in a diverse, distributed team
- You can communicate complex problems and analyses simply to stakeholders across all levels, departments and between both technical and non-technical colleagues
- You have a positive-sum mentality - you're equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture
- You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all candidates have equitable access to apprenticeship opportunities
