Job purpose:
As a Digital HR Specialist, you will be a part of a Global team specializing in our Global HR Systems, such as Kronos, SuccessFactors, SAP ECC and ServiceNow. As part of the Digital HR team, you will act as a Super User of our HR technology, delivering front line support, providing consultation on how HR processes and technology intersect, and solving business problems via the delivery of technology improvements, either independently or as part of a team.
This role is based out of one of our Employee Experience Centers in a hybrid work setting, where two days a week will be spent in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigating the Kronos system: You'll be interacting with this system on a regular basis, ensuring its optimal performance.
- Generating reports: You'll produce basic reports to monitor new hires and vacation accruals.
- Maintaining Hyperfinds: This involves using data and applications, but it's straightforward with some practice.
- Overseeing user security: You'll assist in assigning roles to users in the system, done through a backend table.
- Updating policies and calendars: You'll be responsible for making updates to our holiday calendar and attendance policies.
- Keeping tables current: Annually, you'll refresh various tables in the system, such as schedules and pay tables.
- Conducting audits: Quarterly, you'll participate in security audits, which include generating user access reports.
- Managing data: From time to time, you may need to remove certain data from the system.
- This is a developmental role, so you will support other Digital processes as time permits - e.g. working with ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors . You'll receive cross-training as the team includes specialists working with multiple systems.
About You:
- Min. 2 years of system administration experience is required
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Information Technology or a related discipline preferred
- Experience working with Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or other, similar HR tools
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong critical analysis of problems, process design thinking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to deliver on commitments
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team
- Fluent in English
