Digital Hub Intern
Buckman is a privately held, global specialty chemical company with headquarters in Memphis, TN, USA, committed to safeguarding the environment, maintaining safety in the workplace, and promoting sustainable development. Buckman works proactively and collaboratively with its worldwide customers in pulp and paper, leather, and water treatment to deliver exceptional service and innovative specialty chemical solutions to help boost productivity, reduce risk, improve product quality, and provide a measurable return on investment. Buckman is in the middle of a digital transformation of its businesses and focused on building the capabilities and tools in support of this.

Position Summary
• Manage inventory of parts (sensors, electronic boards, pumps etc.) and dispatch to our customers working with Buckman manufacturing team in Memphis and
• 3rd party manufacturing.
• Manage inward and outwards goods both domestic and international working with mailroom and Buckman project owners in Memphis
• Order parts when inventory hits reorder level, working with Buckman procurement team in Memphis
• Engage with vendors
• Email communication, reports, and coordination with Memphis associates
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor in Administration, Management, or related areas.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• hands-on experience in managing inward and outward goods
• Well organized
• SAP user experience in inventory/material management (preferred)
• supply chain, domestic & international logistics (preferred)
