The Partner Experience Team is responsible for creating world-class, high- quality, innovative experiences for a variety of GreenPath partners. The majority of GreenPath's partnerships are with Credit Unions but could also include Bank CRA or Employers/Organizations looking for financial wellness options.

The Partner Experience Digital Integration Manager is tasked with managing partner related details to ensure the success of the digital tools GreenPath provides. They will be the Partner Experience team's subject matter expert on the variety of the digital tools GreenPath provides. The Digital Integration Manager supports, promotes, and manages current and new partner digital integrations with the goal of increasing engagement and supporting post-launch onboarding. As part of this work, the Partner Experience Digital Integration Managers works directly with the Partner Experience team and the partners they manage to understand the partners unique digital needs, ensure new digital tools are built to meet these needs, and maintain and manage ongoing tools in conjunction with the larger GreenPath digital team to ensure that partner support of digital tools is growing and thriving.

The Partner Experience Digital Integration Managers works with a wide range of internal GreenPath stakeholders to ensure that GreenPath maximizes our digital tool engagement via our partner referral channel. This includes the Digital strategy team, Marketing, Education, Business Intelligence, and IT as needed. The goal is to work with internal stakeholders to help ensure we are prioritizing the right digital tool functions that will help drive referrals to achieve GreenPath's objectives. The person in this role would work very closely to lift up relevant insights for partner channels to the Senior Digital Marketer and Digital Product Manager.

To lead the tactical partner support of GreenPath's digital tools, the Digital Integration Manager will use Human Center design protocols and GreenPath's digital marketing strategy best practices to integrate GreenPath tools in multi-tier partner environments. When interacting with partners, Partner Experience Managers incorporate Human-Centered Design elements into their communications and possess a solid working knowledge of behavioral science and behavioral economics. The Digital Integration Manager ideally has a broad range of GreenPath knowledge and spends time to understand financial industry and digital trends that impact our partners and tools.

You Have:
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple partners and/or projects simultaneously, and deliver each on time with superior quality
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience working as a collaborative team member
  • Experience and comfort with analytical tools and analysis for data driven decision making
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or PowerPoint depending on expertise tracks
  • Intermediate skills using WebEx or other meeting software
  • Skills around influencing others to high performance
  • Proven track record of influencing others
  • Project Management experience


The Day to Day:
  • Manage and grow partner usage of GreenPath's digital tools. Demonstrate year over year growth.
  • Keep the Partner Experience team apprised regarding relevant digital conversations with partners
    1. Work directly with partners to setup, customize and enable their digital integration with GP digital tools
  • Assist in the design and development and participate in the implementation of new tools, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing tools
  • Document work and maintain partner insight and support artifacts.
  • Support the interaction with business units to define requirements and modifications for use in designing appropriate partner solutions for our digital tools
  • Provide thought leadership on digital industry changes & innovation to ensure GP meets/exceeds partner standards
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of key areas of direct partner contact to ensure partner digital needs are met. Examples of activities include:
    1. Share activity data with partners; analyze data, determine trends, and then communicate and implement appropriate strategic initiatives with partners to drive referral volume and revenue from partnerships.
    2. Conduct reviews as needed with key partner contacts/departments to help them understand how digital tools are meeting their needs
    3. Present the value add of GreenPath's digital tools and help to introduce new ideas and initiatives to both C-Level decision makers and other staff in order to drive more referral volume to GreenPath.
    4. Ensure marketing tools are available to support digital tools.
      • Understand and lead partner need exploration around digital tools
      • Craft partner communications related to digital tool rollouts, updates, and changes
      • Work with the team to develop new Marketing content in conjunction with the Marketing track and Marketing department when needed
  • In conjunction with the Partner Experience team notify partners of new digital tools and enhancements available as rolled out.
  • Proactively design and monitor partner digital tool initiatives as appropriate. Work with Partner Experience team to deploy the tools appropriately.
    • Utilize SalesForce and other internal process tools to manage and conduct business partner follow-up communication on a regular basis. Keep appropriate spreadsheets and partner accounts in SalesForce updated with all pertinent information about the partners and activities completed with them.
  • Coordinate pricing discussions for relevant digital tools with the Partner Experience and Business Development teams
    • Attend conferences when appropriate to further develop relationships and better understand partner digital tool landscape.
  • Perform other job responsibilities as needed
