POSITION SUMMARY

An exciting position for someone who is curious by nature likes to ask good questions, test theories, and analyze results. This position is for someone who is data-driven as they will be responsible for leading demand generation strategies and initiatives through digital channels to both engage existing clients and accelerate the growth of new clients.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, manage and nurture digital marketing campaigns to create a volume of qualified leads.

Work with the project team(s) to identify and evaluate workflow options and assess issues for campaigns, identifying risks and deviations from the vision for various approaches. Assists with documenting key campaign processes.

Create recommendations for digital marketing opportunities - improve email and digital ad campaigns - to build qualified leads to be nurtured across business units and lines of business.

Define, develop, and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, program and/or campaign ROI, quality of leads, cost-per-lead metrics, etc., through performing optimization testing such as Plan A/B tests for all eligible digital communications.

Recommend and coordinate efforts to improve data quality and monitoring for campaigns.

Execute on acquisition, activation, and conversion performance data to identify opportunities to improve digital marketing effectiveness - analyze emails, digital ads, quality of leads to identify new opportunities and implement strategic improvements.

Provides consultation to project team(s) within Marketing and other business units as well as with IT and the InSight Office to ensure the effectiveness of data transfers, both inbound and outbound, between Hubspot, Salesforce, and other marketing technology.

Be the liaison with the InSight Office to manage campaign performance, execution, and reporting, develop and execute strategy for continual optimization, integration and data flow between the platforms of HubSpot, YEXT, Sigstr, YouTube, SEO, InSight, social media, and other digital marketing platforms in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.

Manage and execute marketing automation efforts and the processes to engage and nurture our audience(s) to meet short- and long-term brand and business goals.

Be the subject-matter expert on digital advertising campaigns and marketing technology platforms as to how to drive to business goals.

Provide regular reporting and actionable insights as to the impact of marketing campaigns.

Optimize and refine campaigns to ensure performance to meet campaign KPIs.

Collaborate with design and content team on the tone of voice, copy, and quality email visuals.

Maintains compliance with all company and regulatory requirements for privacy and data security.

POSITION COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

Prior marketing experience preferred.

Significant work experience with Marketing technology, including CRM integration, email marketing and automation platforms.

Working knowledge of email specific HTML/CSS, incorporating dynamic email assets and email deliverability best practices.

Understanding and previous experience with CAN-Spam and privacy regulations.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Self-starter, independent worker.

Strong organizational and time management skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time.

Ability to work in a team atmosphere and learn quickly; to execute in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated relationship-building skills (active listening, professional appearance and demeanor, and confidence).

Treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others, and uphold the values of the organization.

Computer skills (Word and Excel); ability to navigate through various software and systems.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in a related field

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel for meetings, projects, or training as needed. Hours will vary to accommodate after-hours events and social media opportunities.
