World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

This position in 100% remote.

About the Job:

The Digital Marketing Analyst will track marketing trends, analyze marketing statistics, monitor campaign performance to assist with developing strategies that will enhance the Company’s digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor current campaigns, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities to increase performance.
• Develop detailed, quantitative analysis/insights into business performance for marketing campaigns.
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and tactics to increase traffic, in collaboration with IT.
• Monitor trends in digital media and marketing.
• Other projects and duties as assigned

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related field) desirable
• 2-5 years work experience in a corporate environment
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) required.
• Knowledge of FTP Technology
• Experience with Wordpress/Framer
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge/experience
• Able to provide creatives upon request (for Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Able to provide a portfolio showcasing previous creatives and other relevant projects.
• Able to demonstrate quantitative and qualitative benefits from previous spearheaded marketing campaigns.
• Capable of developing innovative and creative marketing campaigns from scratch.
• A keen eye for pushing boundaries on how to market our products to prospective Thunderbird clients.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Is self-motivated and driven.
• You must have your own computer/laptop - the company does not supply equipment
