Providence is calling a Digital Marketing Analyst who will:
- Be responsible for supporting and driving analytics processes for health plan products (core insurance and digital) and marketing programs
- Support a holistic analytics strategy on behalf of health plan products and marketing programs to be able to track, measure, report and pivot based on analytics results
- Partner with marketing colleagues and the Analytics Manager in your department to align with overall business strategy
- Closely align with the Providence Health Plan IS, Business Intelligence, and vendor partners as needed to execute on analytics needs
We welcome 100% remote work for residents who live in the State of Oregon and the city of Vancouver, Washington.
Key functions include:
- Maintain the web analytics reporting environment to keep data clean while simultaneously working to grow platform capabilities
- Support internal customers and external agencies in executing analytics requests of a variety of types
- Partner with Analytics Manager to create analytics requirements for web products and work with appropriate resources to make sure those requirements are met
- Support and maintain appropriate dashboards that are insightful and actionable
- Ensure data hygiene and analytics best practices are effectively created and followed
- Develop or support processes to automate and scale analytics and insights operationalization wherever possible
- In advance of large marketing campaigns, help the marketing team set KPIs and success metrics, then execute to ensure that data is effectively collected
- Perform online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team members
- Glean actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to internal stakeholders and partners
- Manage tag management and analytics platforms and governance
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 7 years Analytics experience with an emphasis on web and mobile products
- 2 years web and/or marketing management experience, including experience managing direct reports
- Experience with web analytics platforms Google Analytics Premium and/or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with tag management tools. Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten etc.
- Demonstrated experience with visual storytelling, dashboarding, and reporting
- Data mining and/or dashboarding experience
- Experience in data governance for web and mobile analytics
- Experience with statistical tools such as R or SAS, and query tools such as SQL
- Experience supporting A/B/M testing, personalization, and programmatic teams/functions

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
