Role Summary
As a result of our growth in the analytics, insights & reporting (AIR) practice, we currently have the need for a Web Analytics Consultant to further our growth and maturity in this key domain. This role is a customer-facing role intended to bring analytical rigor to our AIR practice, as well as to provide onshore presence and guidance to our offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Apply their experience and expertise in quantitative data analysis, problem-solving, and story-telling and the ability to look beyond the numbers and develop a deep understanding of how our recommendations impact business objectives
- Have the ability to perform tasks independently, lead analytics delivery teams, and direct the efforts of junior analytics consultants
- Own end-to-end management of analytical modeling projects; ensure quality, accuracy, relevance, and consumption of analytical results and recommendations
- Anticipate client’s unarticulated needs and formulate solutions to business issues
- Contribute to new business pilots/proposals and products/solutions development
- Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a team player and collaborator within the eClerx community
This role will collaborate across many areas of our business, including service delivery, client engagement, business development, and practice development. The Web Analytics Consultant will work with our customers in their offices as necessary, helping to design the best processes and approaches for providing critical decision support capability. This role is critical to eClerx’s sustained growth and continued success in the AIR domain and across our entire Digital business.
Eligibility Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years of experience deploying digital analytics solutions
- Ability to provide business-related decision-making support – using analytics solutions
- Understanding of digital marketing and how data is used to improve decision making
- Adobe Analytics experience is preferred
- Strong communications skills, both written and spoken
- A passion for marketing and the use of analytics, as well as a demonstrated curiosity to learn and the ability to teach others
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and how analytics is used to drive decision-making for online businesses
- Valid work authorization status in the US
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $100,000-$120,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
