Digital Marketing and UX Specialist I

In this role, the Digital Marketing & UX Specialist 1 assists in the design, development, testing, and implementation of e-marketing initiatives, web pages and updates, and mobile applications using the enterprise content management system. The Digital Marketing & UX Specialist 1 works as a liaison with business owners to understand their needs and execute changes while maintaining established corporate style guidelines. Supports and advocates for optimal user experience. The Digital Marketing & UX Specialist 1 assists in the generation of digital campaign and website utilization reports as needed and provides recommendations for improvement. The Digital Marketing & UX Specialist 1 is an enthusiastic team player, a critical thinker, and has strong problem solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three (3) years' experience maintaining business web sites.
• Three (3) year's experience content management systems (CMS) required. Experience using Sitecore CMS preferred.
• Three (3) year's experience in Web-based graphic user interface (GIU) and user experience advocacy preferred.
• Two (2) year's experience in B2B and B2C web marketing activities including search engine marketing (native and PPC), e-mail marketing, banner advertising and affiliate marketing.
• Skilled in digital marketing techniques, including search marketing (PPC and SEO), social media, e-mail, display, and optimization.
• Skilled in web analytics reporting, analysis, and goal optimization recommendation. Direct experience in Google Analytics is desirable.
• Competent critical thinking and problem solving abilities required.
