As a Marketing and Communications Associate, you will work directly with the Innovations Team to create multimedia content to share with internal and external stakeholders with the goal of driving awareness of CCI technologies. In addition, you will interface with the Lerner Research Communications Office to support such items as the annual Innovations Medical Summit. This role allows the caregiver to tell the story of and promote the delivery of life-saving innovations and life-changing for patients across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as Project Manager for selected programs within assigned areas, supporting activities related to the assessment, development and promotion of new services, programs, and product lines.
  • Monitors, researches, and analyzes political, legal, and regulatory environment affecting areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Conducts costing, pricing analysis for existing and proposed services where applicable, and survey competitors' pricing and reimbursement experience.
  • Interfaces with appropriate departments and divisions to obtain strategic information critical to marketing tactics.
  • Assists the Marketing Manager in the development and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies and direct the implementation of marketing tactics.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of marketing tactics through tracking patient visits, marketing analytics and financial reports.
  • Provides information to same CCF departments and divisions regarding updates to marketing tactics.
  • When assigned, guides the day-to-day work of Marketing Coordinators, Marketing Specialists, Fellows and interns.
  • Utilizes research, manages the implementation and applies the results to the planning process to develop current marketing strategies.
  • Participates in the assessment and development of proposed new services that evolve from market research analysis.
  • Strong grasp of current marketing technology tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Plan, execute and manage social marketing calendar and content
  • Demonstrable experience working on SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Email marketing and automation - experience with Marketo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, MS Dynamics preferred
  • Up-to-date on best practices in measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage the department's external and internal websites - requires hands-on experience HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Paid and organic social media engagement and lead generation - LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, Twitter
  • Strong content and data management using CMS/CRM platforms
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud to create visual assets and collateral
  • Strong video creation and editing skills
  • Strong ability to work well in a highly matrixed organization
  • Manage agencies and other vendor partners
  • Have a learning mindset
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Certifications:

  • None required.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in program development, marketing, and project management.
  • Offset: High School diploma/GED and eight years of experience.
  • Offset: Associate's degree and six years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience preferred
  • Content and digital marketing experience.
  • Video and graphic design experience.
  • Adobe suite
  • LinkedIn and Twitter
  • LinkedIn Navigator

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 15 lbs
