Brady offers a hybrid work option that allows for both personal flexibility and in person collaboration to deliver the greatest outcomes for our people and customers. This option is a mix of in the office and one or two offsite days which are pre-determined based on role and function.
What We Need:
Brady is looking for a driven, passionate, talented digital marketing coordinator to join our growing performance marketing team! This person will work closely with our email marketing specialist to help grow our email program. The ideal candidate is a creative, think-outside-the box type, with a passion for working across teams to deliver truly meaningful and engaging messages to customers and prospects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Grow attributable revenue and engagement for our email channel
- Develop engaging email calendar
- Coordinate with other team members and departments around email creation
- Identify opportunities for triggered email campaigns
- Report out on campaign and experiment results
- Manage database growth and segmentation
- Develop A/B testing plans to enhance program knowledge
What You Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor degree in communications, marketing/business or related degree
- 1 - 3 years experience in marketing
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
- Strong project management skills
Preferred Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
- Experience running an Email program
- Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges
- Proactive, positive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently with minimal direction/guidance
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
