About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Small Business division. As a problem-solver and action-oriented thinker, you will handle strategic online initiatives, including direct response and partner marketing campaigns across various channels (online display, SEO, paid search, social, affiliate, and lead providers).
Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing initiatives (paid search, SEO, social, display) to increase new customer acquisition
- Manage partner relationships with affiliates and lead providers
- Create, manage, test, and analyze paid search campaigns to achieve optimal volume within cost/profit targets
- Address key SEO focus areas, such as keyword research, content strategy, site structure, site performance, and crawl and index management
- Stay updated on SEO and PPC best practices, identify opportunities, and ensure top website ranking and marketing efficiency
- Develop and implement social media communications aligned with our marketing strategy
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and KPIs, making recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain agency relationships, driving monthly planning and execution, and ensuring deliverables and KPIs are met
- Support new product launches and contribute to comprehensive marketing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to develop creative and brand messaging
- Explore new initiatives, emerging media, and marketing channels
- Share best practices and provide mentorship and support to other digital channel owners
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, paid search, display, SEO, content marketing, or related fields
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver with critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical abilities to manipulate and analyze data on Excel, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
- Excellent project management skills, adhering to timelines
- Effective communication and collaboration across multiple functional organizations
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative solutions
- Adaptability to pivot between initiatives and execute tests/experiments
