Job Description
To help launch a dynamic digital marketing program that will drive qualified customers, generate long term leases, and meet company business objectives. Responsibilities include working with the digital marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to multiple segmentations within each apartment community, measure results, provide data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

  • Help develop, implement, track, and optimize custom digital marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Understand trends, use insights and analytics to optimize digital ads.
  • Ensure accurate content across all digital channels.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations to enhance performance as applicable.
  • Create digital tracking and weekly analysis reports and communicate findings.
  • Create multi-faceted tracking of spend by month and property to ensure budget is met.
  • Proactively stay on top of emerging marketing technologies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, while effectively managing changing priorities as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Design interactive online content, including banner ads, video, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that designs align with the brand image, while also meeting visibility in digital channels.
  • Exhibit professionalism and confidence when presenting to leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position.
  • General understanding of various digital media platforms, ad serving tools, and best practices (i.e., Google AdWords, PPC, Choozle, Linkedln, Geofencing, Instagram/Facebook etc.)
  • Google Ads Certifications a plus.
  • Previous account/project management skills
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
  • Multi-channel attribution and tracking pixel knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing or related field required.


Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

  • Expected base salary of $65,000-$68,000 plus annual 10% bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
