The Team
This exciting role will be part of GBG's Global Products and Platform team, responsible for driving market awareness, interest and business leads into GBG for our new flagship platform, GBG GO. This team is made up of product management, UX, market insights, and product marketing. Everything that we need to build and deliver to market exciting products. This role will report to our team, with a dotted line into the Global Group Marketing team, who will provide all the digital, creative, and communication support needed to be successful.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for the strategy, tactical execution, and management of GBG GO's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid search and display advertising, paid social media, email, and customer journeys from awareness to registration - ensuring optimal UX throughout.
You will drive leads from all sources into the group by creating localized and relevant marketing strategies and leveraging new and existing materials and skills within the business.
What you will do
You will:
- Manage and augment digital marketing strategies to drive promotion of GBG's leading new platform, GBG GO
- Analyze various forms of data to build data driven proposals and assess performance
- Use of an impressive array of martech including Google analytics, SEMrush, Hubspot, Hootsuite and 6Sense
- Impressive understanding of search engine marketing and social media platforms, building campaigns with strong ROI to attract more business to the group
- Ability and agility to operate rapidly to ROI proposals for the investments needed.
- Using all forms of Digital Marketing and eCommerce methods, build and execute a roadmap of strategies that will drive increasing volume and quality of leads into the GBG GO Products, Americas
- Work with GBG's group centres of excellence (Digital, Creative, Communications) in realizing tactical outputs and maintaining alignment across the business
Requirements
- Proficient experience working as a Digital Campaign Manager or similar in a B2C or SaaS B2B environment
- Be able to demonstrate comfort with Digital tooling to support doing this job
- Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of what drives success with campaigns
- Be able to demonstrate confidence in building rapid ROI proposals for investment to drive leads
- Be able to articulate what is needed to convert leads to cash, working with sales teams
