ABOUT THE POSITION

Columbia is looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to support our International Distributor (IDR) team. This person will support the success of our distributor's digital businesses by reproducing North America digital assets for international market usage.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Tailor global brand digital assets and develop digital design assets and variations to meet IDR needs
  • Communicate with online marketing teams (brand e-comm, wholesale.com teams, etc.) to track and deliver digital assets for international market needs
  • Support creation, design, and editing of PowerPoint Presentation decks for various pre-season meetings and leadership presentation files
  • Support set-up of new e-comm websites and social media accounts in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Periodically track, monitor, and report on international eComm websites and Social Media accounts' activities
  • Monitor, generate, consolidate, and communicate various marketing reports related to eComm, Wholesale.com, and Social Media accounts for IDR
  • Be the point of contact and respond to various email requests for questions/needs from our global partners regarding eComm websites, social media accounts, etc.
  • Be the point of contact for communication between CDT team (Digital & Technology) and international distributors
  • Be the contact point for Facebook Business Representatives for various account set-up and maintenance needs on Meta platforms
  • Be the team's key-user admin for Content Hub tool to upload IDR assets/collections and generate access links for distributors
  • Support Marketing Managers on various day to day tasks and projects related to eComm, social media, presentation editing, and digital design production

YOU ARE

  • Analytical with a good eye for design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multitask with high attention to detail

YOU HAVE

  • 1-3 years' experience in digital design or digital marketing (social media, eComm)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Graphic Design or Marketing preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Certification on PowerPoint design is a plus
  • Experience in eComm design, marketing communication, project management preferred
  • International/multi-cultural background, ability to speak multiple languages preferred
  • Passion for Columbia brand and the outdoors
