Jones Street Investment Partners, LLC ("JSIP") is a real estate investment sponsor focused on multifamily assets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Since its founding in October 2014, JSIP has acquired properties in seven states, totaling over 5,000 units and $1B in asset value. Jones Street Residential, Inc. ("JSR") is an affiliate of JSIP and was formed in 2017 to provide efficient and integrated property management for the JSIP portfolio.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing & Operations teams in planning and executing property marketing initiatives, as well as providing operations support. This person will play an essential role within the marketing and property management teams.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the marketing team in development and execution of the marketing and branding strategy for the portfolio and company
- Assist in the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities
- Create marketing materials for individual communities, including but not limited to flyers, social posts, email blasts, mailings, and website content
- Manage email marketing; schedule, coordinate and manage e-campaigns
- Post, manage, and edit property listings on various web-based platforms
- Managing social media pages by responding to messages
- Managing online reviews sites and responding to posts and comments
- Update monthly reporting for various campaigns
- Review marketing materials for brand consistency
- Assist teams in event planning and coordination
- Interact with vendor-partners in a professional, timely and organized manner
- Monitor and provide input on paid digital ad campaigns (PPC, SEO, Display, Retargeting, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Marketing or Sales Admin support
- Understanding/knowledge of social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Understanding of Google Analytics (UA & GA4), Google Business Profile, GoogleAds and overall best practices for online paid strategies including, but not limited to, PPC, SEO, Display, Geofencing, Retargeting, YouTube, CCTV, Google Display Network, etc.
- Proficiency with Canva, SOCi, and all Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
- Multifamily property management/marketing experience is a plus
