POSITION DESCRIPTION A construction DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR is a construction office professional working at the corporate brand level of the organization responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of the company’s brand and marketing goals. Long-term objectives include periodic review of practices for quality, efficiency, work methods, and following company policies. The right fit for the team is a professional who is: • Self-starter • Result-oriented • Problem solver • Fact finder • High level communicator • High standards • Analytical • Patient • Trusting • Accurate • Confident • Understanding • Decisive • Team player • Precise • Steady EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS · This position requires a high level of awareness, communication, dedication, and trustworthiness. · Bachelor' s degree – preferred. · 2+ years of marketing experience · Excellent English reading and writing skills to articulate in-depth descriptions and summaries. · Savvy Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,MS PowerPoint) · Previous experience working for a construction or development related business a plus. · Excellent oral and written communications skills – friendly & professional through email & phone KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES · Must be a self-starting team player with an ability learn to wear multiple hats and motivate others. · Be articulate, communicative, and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with both internal and external contacts. ·Exceptional organizational skillsare required;punctualityand the ability multitask, research, think quickly and problem solve to meet designated deadlines is critical. · Candidate must always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and possess the ability to properly handle sensitive materials concerning the organization. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BRAND AWARENESS · Manage website, social media, and email campaign of Builders United through common platforms like Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram Posts (completed jobs/ EOM/ Charity/ Events). Content includes project highlights/ updates, new hires, career milestones, special events and community activities. · Communicate directly, on behalf of the company with clients, PR resources, industry associations and community organizations on matters related to marketing initiatives, commitments, and events – Filter and stay on top of emails, calls and associated communications. · Create, distribute, and record marketing meeting and other special event agendas, action items, and written minutes of meetings. Provide wide ranges of support including composing and editing emails, letters, presentation materials, etc. · Work with a cross-functional team consisting of Estimating, Project Development, Project Management team members to define and establish marketing presence in all regions. · Create, organize, and distribute forms, informational pieces, and reports both physically and digitally related to company brand and image. Assist with the creation and updating of all marketing materials/ campaigns (magazine, team resumes, brochures, flyers, offering memorandums, pitch books, project photos, reference letters, surveys, etc.) related to new and existing opportunities to drive future business. Schedule engagements and prepare speaking/ presentation materials for the team. · Create, organize, and manage a “HOT” list of the top clients.
