Job Description

Summary:

As the Digital Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our US and oversea teams, focusing on enhancing our digital presence across marketing, public relations, technology and web, and design domains and digital vendor contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing the digital operations in the US and ensuring seamless support and material coordination between the two regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets for digital operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
  • Allocate resources strategically to support digital initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in digital operations.
  • Apply insights to adapt and evolve the organization's digital strategy.
  • Ensure all digital operations align with the global vision and objectives set by the overseas team and execute digital strategies and initiatives as directed by both the US and the overseas leadership.
  • Regularly report to the overseas leadership on digital operations progress and challenges.
  • Lead digital marketing and promotional campaigns in line with overseas directives.
  • Coordinate with US leaders and overseas marketing leaders to maintain brand
  • consistency and messaging.
  • Supervise the creation of digital assets, ensuring adherence to design principles within the framework established by the company and international design standards.
  • Manage digital vendor contracts, ensuring they meet specified requirements and deliver the expected ROI.
  • Collaborate with international IT teams for website updates and enhancements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital operations, including cybersecurity threats and compliance issues.
  • Align digital public relations efforts with the overarching strategies provided by leaders.
  • Manage online brand presence and reputation as per US needs, and align with Marketing efforts.
  • Contact and communication with PR individuals, for project coordination and events.
  • Oversee the creation of digital assets, ensuring they adhere to the design principles
  • Innovate within the framework established by the company and international design standards.
  • Manage digital vendor contracts, ensuring they meet the requirements set and meet our ROI.
  • Regularly report vendor performance and compliance to the company and departmental KPI.
  • Work closely with the overseas team to facilitate smooth communication and project collaboration.
  • Coordinate support and resources efficiently as per the directives of the overseas leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance, aligning with key performance indicators set by the overseas team.
  • All other responsibilities as needed

Desired Qualification:

  • MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing digital operations and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
