Digital Marketing Director, BCW, Global Marketing & Communications
Job Description
Responsible for sharing our compelling story through the digital channels at our disposal, you will engage with our colleagues across the globe to create content that moves our key audiences - from current and prospective employees and clients to the media and industry influencers.
This person should have a solid knowledge of content strategy, user experience, paid digital marketing tactics and analytics. The ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with internal clients is essential.
You will join a team that works across the BCW global network, assisting teams in APAC, the Middle East, Europe & Africa, Latin America and North America, to bring to life BCW in creative, engaging ways.

What is the work?
- Develop strategic digital marketing plans that support lead generation/nurturing and brand awareness for key business news and priorities
- Own BCW's website strategy, partnering with the creative team and development team to optimize and build new content, and continually improve and optimize the website
- Play a key role in the development of an annual strategic marketing & communications plan, including an editorial/activity calendar for all social channels
- Lead all paid digital marketing activities across social and SEM, including strategy, planning, budget management and setting clear goals and objectives for the team
- Conceptualize and execute creative and engaging social promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Collect and analyze data, metrics and feedback for internal and external channels to continuously evolve and improve our efforts
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that includes a wide variety of content
- Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that supports business objectives
- Manage the production and editing of content produced by external creators and other members of the team
Experience that contributes to your success:
- 5-7 years of Digital Marketing Experience
- Experience with content management systems, such as Wordpress, Craft or Drupal.
- Experience with website project management, working with developers to improve website front-end and back-end
- Superior writing and communications skills in a variety of formats and mediums including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media posts and others.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and content strategy best practices
- Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of user experience and content strategy trends
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, strategies and trends across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Ability to work across the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe CS
- Experience using media monitoring tools
- Well-organized, as well as detail and solutions oriented
- Able to work quickly, incorporate feedback and turn projects around within a fast-paced environment
