Digital Marketing E-Commerce Manager
Job Description
This role can work out of either our Englewood Clifs New Jersey or Alpharetta Ga offices
The E-Commerce manager owns will be responsible for supporting the development marketing communication strategies and execution to improve business performance. This position will work cross-functionally with other groups including sales, business/product managers, and other marketing departments such as product marketing, channel marketing and audience activation team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop marketing communication strategies based on competitive analysis
- Create a digital plan with retailer to drive awareness, consideration and conversion
- Collaborate with sales and brand to align to KPIs and incorporate these through joint marketing plans
- Support management of both LG and channel partner websites
- Manage marketing contents and asset management
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand the customer data and relevant 'interests' to optimize customer segmentation and outcomes
- Collaborate with channel partners to ensure their marketing initiatives are aligned with LG's and to provide required assets
- Strong reporting skills to ensure that all investments are accountable to business outcomes
- Understand the channel partners' digital capabilities and how they communicate with their consumer

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably a degree in marketing (or business);
- Minimum of 6 years experience of retailer website operations/management, Amazon (and other national account) contents requirements and advertising/marketing platforms, SEM, SEO
- Photoshop / Illustrator (or any image editing programs) experience a plus
- Experience in Product Marketing as it pertains to product marketing communications (Assist in overall product-positioning, product-marketing strategy, value proposition creation and GTM strategy)
- New Product Introduction activities - development of launch assets, customer facing collateral, development of online product pages, development of launch campaigns, tracking of all NPI activities and any other key deliverables around NPI.
- Experience in managing complex projects with marketing teams and distributor partners
- Brand, channel and digital marketing background.
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must have strong communication, influencing and executional skills, and a desire to work in a complex and challenging fast- paced environment;
- Must be able to interact positively with internal stakeholders across functions and cultivate relationships within LGE US and with Headquarters teams
