Digital Marketing Executive

This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with a diverse team based in Dublin, London, US, and Sydney. You’ll be working closely with brand and product teams.
Core Goals and Responsibilities:
The role is focused on supporting Learnosity’s demand generation team. It is best suited to someone who is process-driven, numerate, and keen to develop their skills and knowledge of marketing technology. You will:
Â
- Handle CRM administrative functions including user account maintenance, email templates, testing, reporting, and other routine tasks.
- Implement good data hygiene habits across the CRM
- Ensure data captured is accurate and completeÂ
- Proactive removal of recordsÂ
- Maintain opt-in and data protection practices
- Fix sync errors
- Adjust field values
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns
- Proactively segment and manage our marketing lists to efficiently execute email campaignsÂ
- Support accurate targeting and personalisation of emailsÂ
- Ensure naming conventions are being followed consistently
- Prepare and test email marketing campaigns
- Report on email marketing results and make recommendations for optimization
- Support with website maintenance tasks, e.g. fixing broken links, downloading performance reports, updating and adding content.
- Maintain our social media calendar including scheduling, posting and reporting on results.
Event logistics
- Plan and facilitate logistics for Learnosity-sponsored in-person events, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, project planning, and event marketing
- Plan and execute webinar and other virtual events including stakeholder management, promotional campaigns and webinar logistics.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise on event days
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation e.g. Hubspot
- Understanding of email deliverability and reputation management
- Experience with CMS platforms e.g. Wordpress
- Positive attitude with ability to follow and improve processes
Must haves:
- 2 years hands-on experience with CRM
