Who You Are:
This role will be a critical position that supports the growth of our influencer marketing program. As a digital business, we are seeking to develop a multi-million dollar influencer program, consisting of thousands of creators who love to use and speak to our products. This program is currently in hyper growth mode, and our team is looking to truly take the impact to the next level!
What You're Good At:
- Supporting projects that are driving traffic, channel growth, partnership development (across all tiers of influencers/celebrities), and sales conversions
- Integrating into the critical projects that span all pillars of our digital marketing team, which include supporting promotions for sales, growing and developing influencer cohorts, connecting and supporting key partners, and supporting growth opportunities to develop our social media platforms
- Observing and experiencing the steps to ideate, aggregate, and execute digital campaigns
- In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Completion of support projects as assigned by the Sales, Influencer, Partnership, and social teams
- These projects will be measured in ways such as
- On time completion
- Follower growth
- Partner/Influencer support needs
What You Contribute:
- Experience and interest in digital marketing & social media marketing
- Experience and interest in digital sales
- Experience and interest in data analysis
- Proficiency in written communication & Microsoft office
