Duration of Internship:
Start: June 5, 2023
End: July 28, 2023
Expected Workday:
Mutually agreed upon hours, with a maximum of 24 hours per week.
Compensation:
This is a paid internship program. Hourly rate based upon market.

Responsibilities
- Work with Everspring's Marketing team who activate data-informed strategies.
- Query, blend, and analyze multiple data sets to answer business questions.
- Examples: Salesforce, Google Analytics (4 and UA), Internal data rendered in Tableau and PowerBI
- Collaborate with analytics and technology functions to understand requirements, design solution, and deliver data sets and business observations.
- Gather knowledge of digital marketing at Everspring to provide SEO related reporting and observations.
- Provide data analysis of organic and referral traffic to support active marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and expand creation data informed recommendations of new marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3.0+ GPA
- Preferred Degrees Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics
- Ability to effectively articulate challenges and solutions.
- Skilled at handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
- Experience/Expertise with Google Analytics (UA)
- Familiarity with GA4 is a plus
- Experience with 3rd party SEO tools
- Intermediate with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite
- Experience in working with Data visualization tools such a Tableau is a plus.
Summary of Outcomes
- Acquire the industry expertise to deliver data-informed and industry relevant insights.
- Understand Digital Marketing performance, activation, and data sets for an Education Technology company.
- Acquire first-hand experience collaborating with several operating teams, including Creative/Content, MarTech, Partner (Account) managers, and Analytics.
- Gain knowledge of University partners at the centralized, school, and program level.
- Present a final internship project to senior leadership at Everspring.
