The Opportunity

A Summer Internship at Nutanix is an opportunity to gain exposure to one or more areas according to your skill set and interests. If you're interested in the following type of work, the Digital Marketing Intern role would be perfect for you! This is a 12-week internship starting on May 20th or June 3rd depending on your availability. Nutanix offers hybrid internships where you would work from the San Jose, CA office 2-3 days/week.

The Team

As the Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist the Global Digital Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and projects across various platforms and tools. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for learning about how digital channels drive growth and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Observe and work closely with all functions within the Digital Marketing team to understand team dynamics and operations.
• Develop media briefs, recommendation decks and other standardized documents required for digital strategy and execution planning.
• Communicate regular reports summarizing key metrics and insights for stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of the organic LinkedIn boosting programs.
• Analyze results to draw actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Monitor demand generation lead delivery into Salesforce and report discrepancies.
• Work closely with all functions of digital marketing including audience strategy, program management, and marketing operations.

What You'll Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred but not required: Familiarity with platforms such as Linkedin Campaign Manager and Salesforce
• Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or paid media is a plus.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22-

29/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,

including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation

package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted

stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other

benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time,

and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit

plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
