We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support the brand and marketing team in building and managing marketing campaigns. This role will gain experience in digital marketing by being responsible for helping to build and execute digital content through various channels, planning and executing promotional campaigns and assisting with overall organization of the brand and marketing department. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and naturally curious about technology, business, the web and marketing with a desire to become an expert in digital marketing and gain experience at a high growth startup.
*This is a paid Summer 2023 internship. We anticipate about 30 hours/week for approximately 12 weeks. This position is remote and the pay rate is $20/hr*
What You'll Do:Create, edit and post content on social media and digital marketing channels.
Research and deliver recommendations for cross-channel marketing strategies and tactics, such as web, social media and paid media to reach Kalderos audiences.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback.
Support digital campaign set-up, campaign execution and quality control to ensure ads, content, landing pages and measurement plans meet campaign objectives.
Assist with sprint planning, assessing team capacity and prioritizing work.
Assist with documenting and maintaining digital marketing tools and processes.
Analyze campaign performance and use data to draw insights and build recommended next steps
Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions.
Support the marketing team with ad hoc requests, research and other projects.
Assist with daily administrative duties.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, search marketing, digital marketing and emerging technologies.
You're a rising senior or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
Extremely well organized and detail oriented.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills: written, verbal, and in virtual capacities.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Willingness to collaborate with team members, take direction and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, project management, scheduling and CRM tools; Asana, Hootsuite and Marketo preferred.
Analytics skills and experience with tools including Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
