Digital Marketing LeadÂ
Description -Â Lead Marketing efforts for Digital, SEO, Web, and Social Media campaigns to enhance Enveil's online presence, optimize SEO strategies, manage social media, and plan events. Support top of funnel development and the Sales team through integrated campaigns, optimizing website content, engaging audiences, and supporting successful sales events aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform digital marketing strategies. Conduct market and keyword research for digital and social campaigns and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Development - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, email, and social media.
Social Media - Develop social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn. Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Website - Develop, implement, and manage website strategies to optimize user experience, drive traffic, and convert leads to prospects, including web design, content creat and SEO efforts. Reporting on website performance, user behavior, providing insights to inform marketing campaigns and ongoing website improvements.
Top of Funnel Development - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns for top of funnel development. Contribute to go-to-market strategy including marketing qualified lead curation and targeting, working closely with the sales organization to understand target personas and use cases. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers and drive conversions.
Reporting - Monitor campaign performance and event metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Thought Leadership - Leverage and amplify messaging and thought leadership content via digital platform
Event Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop event strategies including digital and social efforts that align with business goals and target audiences to increase event awareness and engagement.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and execution and suggest improvements where neededÂ
Responsibilities
- Generate marketing qualified leads through the development of customer-centered marketing campaigns
- Develop Enveil marketing strategies in coordination with Sales and Comms/Marketing
- Explore and help define targeted personas across Enveil’s potential customer pool
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance to help improve future efforts
- Contribute to the tracking of event-related ROI and provide suggestions for improvement
- Develop digital marketing strategies and contribute to digital content creationÂ
- Regularly engage with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with goals and ongoing initiatives
- Assist with lead generation efforts by developing marketing campaigns focused on top of funnel generation
- Conduct Market / Keyword research for digital and social campaigns and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create event collateral and support materials such as data sheets, printed materials, and digital assetsÂ
- Leverage and amplify thought leadership messaging
- Monitor and report campaign performance and event metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Be willing to represent Enveil at events when needed.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience working in the B2B software industry, including within the federal market.
- B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience using Salesforce and Salesloft
- Experience with MacOS and Google Docs, Excel
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Illustrator, Affinity, Canva)
- Email marketing platform experience (e.g., MailChimp, SalesLoft)
