Red Spark, a leading e-commerce incubator, is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Digital Marketing Lead. Red Spark is a dynamic technology incubator redefining the e-commerce landscape by developing cutting-edge advertising technology and scaling a diverse portfolio of impactful consumer brands. As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our multi-brand customer acquisition, focusing on paid and organic channels within a high-growth tech environment.ย
The Roleย
Your mission will involve executing multi-faceted marketing strategies, managing both hands-on campaign execution and overarching strategy development. As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be a pivotal part of our consumer marketing team, responsible for driving profitability and executing innovative strategies across Red Spark's portfolio of brands.
You'll start with a concentration on Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate marketing, but expect to quickly broaden your scope as our portfolio expands. You will independently craft and implement campaigns that drive sales and grow our global customer base, relying on your data-driven acumen and experience in both startup and agency settings.
This role offers full ownership of the consumer funnel strategy and execution for multiple brands, driving customer acquisition across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate will have experience driving growth across multiple channels and strategies in fast-growing technology companies, ideally including zero-to-one products and early-stage startups.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and implementing full-funnel paid ad strategies across Red Spark's portfolio.
- Using analytical rigor to achieve goals and develop marketing strategies to launch and scale consumer brands.
- Overseeing budgeting decisions, measuring and reporting on performance, and being accountable for results.
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying root causes of variances to trends or targets.
- Contribute to the total marketing strategy, including organic channel development, website optimization, creative production, etc as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced marketer with a proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands. You should have a deep understanding of data analysis and a strategic approach to achieving goals. You should also be collaborative, organized, and thoughtful, with a knack for thriving in tech-driven,ย fast-paced environments. You are a strategic, agile marketer with a proven track record in optimizing digital campaigns for e-commerce.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- 2+ years of experience at a high growth consumer tech / DTC company is a plus.
- Experience in zero-to-one product launches and early-stage startups.
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands with at least $200k in monthly spend.
- Experience working with Creative, Merchandising, and Storefront teams to build out omni-channel strategies.
- Experience leveraging large data sets and working with data visualization tools to gather insights.
