In this role, you will lead Digital Marketing for Kimberly - Clark India. You would be the lead to develop & execute digital strategies across platforms & consumer cohorts. You would also be responsible for brand & business building on E-commerce & other online platforms. You would be expected to create curate & work with a strong digital ecosystem of agencies & partners to enable world-class output.

Key Accountabilities:

DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE MARKETING:

  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Create & execute a holistic digital strategy aligned to overall business objectives & goals. Create & execute an annual digital marketing calendar and build programs/activations designed to help achieve the brand/business objectives laid out in the digital strategy, as well as the overall brand objectives.

  • Ecommerce Marketing: Create & execute a powerful Platform Marketing strategy for each E-commerce platform to drive brand Goals in collaboration with brand & account teams. Develop a string rigor of review, experimentation, learning & continuous learning to drive towards elevating outcomes.

  • CRM: Scale-up the CRM program across the value chain from acquisition to loyalty. Engage agencies appropriately & work towards elevating value creation to consumers & to the brand.

  • Social media: Develop a world class Social Media vision for the brands along with the brand teams & execute in close co-ordination with internal & external agency partners. Oversee & curate day-to-day management of social media campaigns.

  • Search Marketing: Work to drive powerful presence in Google Search ecosystem. Work with development teams to improve Website architecture for SEO, Work on content and user experience development strategies to drive organic traffic & value creation.

  • Media & Data Analytics: Drive in-depth quantitative analyses and reporting of digital media performance metrics. Drive business scorecards that will measure performance on digital marketing as well as its impact on the overall brand equity & business outcomes.

  • Manage agency ecosystem: Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for digital paid media and social platform experiences with both internal and external contacts. Work with the Digital Media Agency, Advertising Agency and Leadership Team to set goals, define strategy, and review progress.

  • Benchmarking & Continuous improvement: Research emerging technologies as well as best-in-class external/competitor’s digital & e-commerce marketing strategy for best practices and opportunities to improve strategy, execution and capabilities.

In one of our Digital Marketing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Preferably MBA in Marketing.

  • 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing & E-commerce.

  • Good understanding & experience in of Digital & E-commerce Marketing (social media, CRM/First Party Data, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics etc.,)

  • A creative and conceptual thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns to meet business goals, a passion for user experience, and someone with a relentless drive for performance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong project management skills.

  • Ability to align internal and external stakeholders on the digital roadmap & drive relevant outcomes.
