The Role
As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will craft and carry through a digital strategy that elevates awareness of our brand and trust with customers. You will own our digital touchpoints, including our website, email, and digital advertising channels. As our inaugural digital marketing hire, you will build the operation and team from the ground up. We are looking for an experienced digital marketer, able to articulate a strategy, and then roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
Your impact
- Develop and grow a comprehensive digital marketing operation to elevate brand awareness and customer trust
- Recruit and lead a diverse team of digital marketing professionals
- Own all digital channels and martech tools, including the website and CMS, email platforms, Hubspot/Marketo, Google analytics and Tag Manager, Intercom, and more
- Define and implement At-Bay’s martech stack to support our growth and enable us to scale
- Partner with marketing teams, including design, content, product marketing and field marketing, as well as key internal product and business stakeholders, to conceive and execute digital elements of marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistency of strategy, design, and messaging across all digital channels
- Partner with the content team on development and implementation of SEO strategy
- Create and lead paid social campaigns
- Manage email marketing activities
- Continuously track, analyze, measure and improve our digital experience
In this role we value
- 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably SaaS, particularly in security, fintech or insurtech
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Passion for data and reporting: bring strong understanding of how to track, evaluate and optimize awareness, authority and conversion metrics to the role, and be excited by the opportunity to drive a data culture across the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work flexibility in a fast-growing start-up environment
- Proactive and solution-driven approach to campaign management
- Strong willingness to collaborate and engage cross-functionally
- Fluency in martech platforms including Hubspot/Marketo, WordPress and other CMS systems, Intercom, Google Analytics, conversion and personalization tools.
- Capable in HTML, CSS and SQL, familiar with WCAG compliance
