Digital Marketing Lead

Boston-based company Piaggio Fast Forward Inc. (PFF) was founded in 2015 by the Piaggio Group (the Italian manufacturer that created the iconic Vespa scooter). We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing. The right candidate will be an experienced performance and digital marketer, with an understanding of how to build stories around premium lifestyle products. They’ll be able to think strategically about digital channels and how to connect with our target consumer across platforms. The candidate must be deadline oriented, a self-starter, and understand the importance of cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for PFF with end-to-end management of paid marketing programs in support of new customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on key digital channels, such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Report results on a weekly basis to the broader Marketing Team; use insights to continually optimize channels and identify new opportunities
- Ensure PFF is hitting key marketing and channel performance targets as defined by the organization
- Develop and run A/B tests to ensure we’re optimizing our digital spend and developing key learnings from data and performance insights
- Stay current on trends, culture, and events; bring inspiring external insight into the work and have a natural curiosity for data
- Work with marketing team to generate creative ideas and develop campaign assets optimized for performance on a channel-by-channel basis
- Coordinate with the VP of Communications and Community to amplify brand awareness
- Report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience (either in-house or at an agency)
- Comfortable with data and insights to inform advertising strategy
- Detail-oriented, consistency in creating on brand messaging across all digital channels and consumer touchpoints
- Track record of efficiently scaling investment and performance on digital channels
- Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Looker
- Competitive knowledge of best-in-class digital strategies at premium lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving, dynamic team & business environment
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to approach different channels to drive conversion and engagement
- Data driven marketer who knows how to optimize spend
- Strong knowledge of the technical elements involved in digital marketing practices (site structures, SEO, tag management)
