The Digital Marketing Lead is a key position focused on maintaining and improving TTI's global websites and programs through the oversight, coordination, and planning of a team responsible for daily digital production and larger design projects. This person is creative, resourceful, highly organized, punctual and detail oriented, possessing an understanding of enterprise processes and technologies.
The Digital Marketing Lead is a key position focused on maintaining and improving TTI's global websites and programs by executing marketing analysis, creating, and maintaining website content and reporting. This role directly assists the Digital Marketing Manager in tasks related to the coordination, planning and scheduling of team activities, supporting the day-to-day needs of a global team and international stakeholders. This individual in this role possesses a process-oriented, organized mindset with the ability to shape, document and encourage best practices, helping to ensure that they are common practice. This role is approximately 70% hands-on work, and 30% dedicated to lead responsibilities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analytics Measurement and Management
This role requires a strong analytical mindset and will be engaged in, but not limited to, the following analysis activities
Web/Product Merchandising
This role assists in guiding the direction of product merchandising, continuously measuring and reporting on the performance of digital content against organizational goals to improve performance, analyzing paid and organic traffic against internal KPIs and data. Requires knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMR, or similar and BI reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, or similar.
Team/Performance Reporting
This role assists the Digital Marketing Manager in monitoring and reporting on the incoming requests and throughput of a globally dispersed technical marketing team. An understanding of enterprise digital workflows and tracking in tools such as Service Now, Monday, Jira, or similar.
Content Management
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining multiple types of TTI digital content, including but not limited to product merchandising and support, company information, customer help, internal information (intranet), and any other content that is distributed across TTI's global internal and external websites via TTI's content management system. This includes email content, both promotional and transactional, and occasional social media content. Requires knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, basic HTML, SEO concepts, ADA guidelines, and the ability to ensure that all work aligns with TTI style guides, established standards and best practices.
Supplier Merchandising
This role must have the ability to proactively analyze Business Intelligence data to identify opportunities for improving the positioning of TTI inventory, communicate analysis and objectives to the team, and execute on the necessary content creation while working with various internal and external stakeholders.
Content Management System Support
Understands the structures and system relationships relative to the use of an enterprise CMS implementation. This role assists in the day-to-day oversight of a content team's use of a content management system, providing support in decision making related to content maintenance as well as identifying opportunities for improving and/or automating the workload and the processes associated with the CMS.
Leadership
In their capacity as a team lead, this role serves as a contact for internal stakeholders and team members, assisting in ensuring that incoming requests are analyzed, prioritized, and executed according to the organizational strategy, style guides and customer experience best practices.
Reviews and provides guidance on work contributed to external and internal web properties, social media channels, email, SEM ads, and any other channels the team may be asked to contribute to.
Acts as primary point of contact for all content contributors, can communicate the expectations and priorities of senior leadership and is available to assist in skill development and mentoring opportunities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- College Degree in graphic design, digital marketing or related area preferred.
- 5 years in a corporate web/digital content team setting experience.
- 4 years working on marketing initiatives in a corporate environment.
- 2 years' experience working in an enterprise content management system.
- 2 years' experience using Google or Adobe Analytics tools.
- Previous experience in a lead role highly preferred.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Expert knowledge of web design and usability principles.
- Enterprise Web Content Management System experience.
- Basic HTML - CSS and/or JavaScript skills a plus.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Enterprise Email System experience a plus.
- Social Media management platforms experience in a corporate setting a plus.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office skills.
- Proven experience with search engine optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organization levels.
- Highly creative with experience in analyzing digital content positioning and search engine results.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills to develop effective relationships with individuals and groups inside the TTI organization.
