THE ROLE:

Grovia by Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for our growing Recruitment team. We are seeking an Associate Partner Recruitment Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, serving as key client facing liaison. This person will be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy and execution.

TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ASSOCIATE PARTNER RECRUITMENT MANAGER:

  • CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION - Consistently provides superior client service, acts as a point of contact, and escalates issues or key risks as appropriate. Works with their team to ensure each client develops trust in us by overseeing client outputs and communication. Develops and nurtures excellent relationships, reflected in very high client satisfaction and retention rates. 
  • RECRUITMENT ANALYSIS – Consistently draws relevant and accurate conclusions using data to identify trends, analyze campaigns, and provide client insights and recommendations to reach or exceed goals. Tracks open rate, click rate, reply rate of recruitment campaigns to identify areas of campaign success/improvement. Tracks partner opportunities through each stage of the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring the team meets client KPIs. 
  • RECRUITMENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Directly collaborates with clients to develop a creative strategy for partner recruitment campaigns. Educates Pod on recruitment strategy and implementation game plan. Prioritizes tactics to align with the client’s goals and proactively adjusts goals when necessary. Consistently demonstrates intellectual curiosity; challenging the status quo, regularly pitching new, or out of box partner or campaign opportunities. 
  • PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT - Manages multiple clients, at 95% full ownership, with solid organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives. Takes the lead in client calls and overall client communication, ensuring that the communication channel is always open for feedback, updates, questions and comments. Works closely with their Pod Lead to monitor client KPI’s and overall health and success of the clients partner recruitment initiatives. 
  • LEAD MANAGE AND HOLD YOUR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE- Serves as a conduit for communications upward and downward, maintains morale with team and is viewed as a reliable, go-to person. Comfortable with team delegation; setting expectations, clarifying boundaries, and ensures clear work assignments. Participates in firm building when opportunities arise including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and cultural & social initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 1-2  years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) required
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.) required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Previous experience managing team members and motivating direct reports
