About the Role
This Digital Marketing Manager will act as a key contributor and the go-to person for digital, developing the strategy. You will develop objectives and collaborate to achieve goals. This is an opportunity for a candidate who is part strategist, part hands-on tactician. You should be capable of envisioning and implementing forward-thinking strategies and plans that help drive improved business performance.

This Digital Marketing Manager will act as a key contributor and the go-to person for digital, developing the strategy. You will develop objectives and collaborate to achieve goals. You should be capable of envisioning and implementing forward-thinking strategies and plans that help drive improved business performance.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the digital content and assets and establish a website governance policy.
- Holding sessions with the Product team to analyze, review, and develop an action plan to improve the performance and ranking of digital properties.
- Managing the CMS and partner with the web development team to design and troubleshooting unique software and web applications.
- Working closely with the marketing team, company SMEs, and the field to define and review deliverables, meet expectations, and address any concerns.
- Working with designers, and vendors, and managing approvals from legal, compliance, and other stakeholders
- Identifying and correlating emerging trends within the digital landscape and informing the company of the benefits. Understanding and analyzing various clickstream and conversion funnel data, drawing conclusions that help increase the performance of the digital marketing campaign tactics.
Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of increasing levels of responsibility and leadership in the digital marketing function.
- Be experienced with developing a digital marketing strategy, getting buy-in from cross-functional partners, and implementing that strategy to drive lead generation, and customer acquisition and then communicate the results.
- Have solid balance of operational and creative skill sets; right side/left side of brain thinker, combining creative and business skills.
- Demonstrate functional competency with web technologies, including WordPress or other CMS, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Be highly proficient in M.S. Office.
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, influencing).
- Show a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other coding languages.
