Role overview
Brigit is looking for an experienced and accomplished performance marketer to manage our user acquisition efforts and oversee the daily execution across our portfolio of channels. You will be a thought partner to senior leadership and be responsible for helping the team identify and develop mobile acquisition strategies for efficiently reaching potential users. This role is ideal for a quantitative marketer who can manage multiple priorities with flawless execution.
Who you are
3+ years experience in a user acquisition and/or performance marketing role
Demonstrated experience with campaign management on top ad networks/channels
Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills, and experience working in a metrics-based environment
A desire to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimization
A comprehensive working knowledge of marketing attribution methodologies, their limitations, and the relative advantages and disadvantages of each
Both analytical and creative, able to evaluate the efficacy of a campaign based on business results, but also intuitive enough to see the opportunities presented by a big creative idea or concept
Possess outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken
Ability to execute quickly with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
Experience using Periscope/Amplitude and/or other data visualization platforms
Experience working at an app or mobile gaming company
What you’ll be doing
Managing user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across the entire modern mix, including Meta, Google, Snap and others
Play a key role in evolving, defining, and driving our paid media KPIs, attribution systems, and business processes
Lead the optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to hit marketing targets and deliver performance at scale
Uncover new opportunities to acquire customers efficiently and at scale through well-developed relationships with advertising partners and your existing network of contacts
Drive marketing innovation
Conduct industry research and present actionable findings
Work closely with Brigit’s creative agencies and internal creative team to ensure a steady supply of high performing ads. Maintain a feedback loop to share ad performance and industry insights.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
