The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for data-driven, growth-focused Digital Marketing Manager to assume hands-on management and execution of paid search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as digital advertising campaigns across Google Display Network (GDN), LinkedIn, Facebook and additional display and social channels. You will take our advertising and marketing programs to the next level with demonstrated improvements in lead generation. Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
  • Directly manage paid search, digital display and paid social media campaigns with a focus on demand generation
  • Increase leads and opportunities through digital advertising programs
  • Develop and continuously manage A/B and multivariate testing of messages and creatives 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to write copy and develop creatives
  • Work with Sales and SDR teams to develop focused ABM and demand generation programs
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and other 3rd parties as needed
  • Track, analyze and present on program performance
Your SkillsetWhat makes you a great fit for the team:
  • 2+ years experience directly managing paid search, digital display and paid social media campaigns, with focus on B2B lead generation
  • Analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into insightful and actionable insights
  • Strong experience in and familiarity with Google Docs, Google Analytics and SFDC
  • Extensive hands-on experience with leading digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) coupled with outstanding MS Excel skills
  • Experience working with Marketo, Demandbase and 6sense a plus
  • B2B and/or SaaS experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
