Description

InVue is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the digital journey of current and future customers. This role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to intimately understand our target audiences, their motivations, and how best to support them throughout the buying journey. You will have a thorough understanding of digital best practices and methodologies and be responsible for growing website traffic, conversions, and leads.

The Work You'll Do:
  • Own the performance, monitoring, and reporting of InVue.com and all subdomains
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across our digital demand generation channels including paid and organic search, social media, email, and third-party review sites
  • Tracking, optimizing, and measuring campaign performance
  • Manage web development agencies and contractor relationships
  • Develop email marketing strategies; preparing, testing, and scheduling all email campaigns
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization strategies and execution

  • You will need to be comfortable being both the planner and the doer of your short and long-term strategies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, with at least 5-7 years of combined strategic and hands-on experience in a digital marketing role - in-house or agency.
  • Proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns and lead acquisition growth
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRMs, and SEO tools as well as paid advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative attitude, ability to work independently and excellent time management.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership as well as on and off-camera
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Dreamweaver, Photoshop) and Canva a PLUS
  • Experience or familiarity with consumer electronics, retail, security technology, and IoT a PLUS
