Magnus Veracross is a private-equity-backed leading SaaS EdTech company that has grown 4x in size in 3 years and has consistent industry leading high retention rates. We serve front line educators with the only market disrupting open API single record architecture in the greater than $5B EdTech market. To date we have configured and deployed our product at over 1,000 leading private K-12 schools in over 20 countries.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences? As a data driven Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing SEO, paid search and display ads, and website optimization efforts to drive TOFU engagement and generate leads for the Magnus Health and Veracross brands. You will work closely with your Marketing team members to implement tests and then analyze web analytics and conversion results to provide insights and identify growth opportunities. This individual will also work with internal team members and outside vendors to help design/update our websites in order to optimize conversions on the sites.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Head of Demand Generation. You must be a self-starter, be able to develop new ideas and be adaptable to shifting priorities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive incremental leads to and through the Magnus and Veracross websites by improving SEO and paid search and display campaign yield as well as on-site conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generation forms, to create a consistent high-quality lead flow to fill the pipeline.
  • Use data-driven insights to propose and design tests and measure effectiveness
  • Website: assist in project manage Magnus website redesign, coordinating agency and Magnus deliverables against deadlines.
  • Work with content team members to regularly update content on both Magnus and Veracross websites using WordPress.
  • Interpret data, identify key findings, and make recommendations to positively impact conversion rates.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Pardot Administrator team members to drive lead growth and marketing ROI.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success. B2B SaaS experience required; educational technology, and/ or health software experience a plus.
  • Stellar SEO/Paid Search experience required: optimizing keywords that rank and creating paid campaigns that generate leads that convert to opportunities.
  • Experience conducting match back analysis to identify yield by channel (paid, SEO, etc.)
  • Expertise in utilization of tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs and/or Moz.
  • International paid search and SEO experience a plus, including familiarity with hreflang tags.
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics; strong reporting capabilities to track performance.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management systems (Pardot and Salesforce) preferred
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree
