Profile Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team to drive online traffic to our website, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose new ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Marketing + Content Marketing Strategies
- Social Media platforms marketing like Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
