Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Website, Social, Digital Ads & Reporting)
Location: Preferably corporate headquarters in metro Milwaukee, WI (Brookfield, WI)
About the Role: We are a leading private commercial real estate investment manager, specializing in acquiring, managing, and optimizing high-value properties across various sectors. As a dynamic and growing organization, we are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving lead generation, maximizing our digital marketing efforts, establishing and maintaining a robust reporting ecosystem, utilizing and managing 3rd party partners and serving as a consultant to the sales team.
This role will be a foundational piece of our MLG Marketing Committee, will sit on the MLG PR Committee and will report directly to the Senior Vice President.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on website management, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, target audiences, and marketing objectives, and translate them into effective digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of engaging content for the company website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Continuously monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
- Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven insights to improve website usability, user experience, and overall conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital reporting ecosystem, integrating Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Power BI to provide accurate and timely performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.
- Serve as a consultant to the sales team, actively engaging with them to understand their reporting needs and preferences. Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to reporting that can aid in sales performance.
- Collaborate with the IT and data analytics teams to design and implement automated reporting solutions that cater to marketing, sales, and executive level reporting needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance the company's online presence.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the real estate investment industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms, including website management, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Experience in Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud and Pardot) ecosystem a plus
- Proficiency in utilizing digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure marketing performance and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
