Please note: this role is located in our Hoboken, NJ office; we work off a hybrid model and come into the office 2 days per week. 

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing Technology & Digital Operations and will partner with stakeholders across the company, as well as with 3rd party development partners, to build front-end customer facing content on our digital platforms that will engage customers and drive them to register and play on our sportsbook and casino real-money-gaming products. Key duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Evolve and manage Tipico web presence, improving the customer experience and oversight over performance conversion funnels that is integral to our customer journeys.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, acquisition team, content and social marketers and other stakeholders to move projects forward and drive progress toward identified goals.
  • Manage publishing requests and deliver them within the identified SLAs.
  • Run daily standups, prioritize tickets, and manage releases.
  • Proactively seek out and identify new opportunities to generate leads within the website – including but not limited to personalization tools, widgets, ROI calculators, and interactive tools with the goal of increasing conversion rate and user experience.
  • Work with Content and editorial team to manage the platform and publishing schedule of our Sports and Casino Blog Articles and evolve the overall publishing digital properties.
  • Optimize the existing blog articles for SEO using best practices, internal resources, and 3rd party agency resources.
  • MAUs growth and Increasing Customer Conversion Rates by Optimizing Journeys and content integration on the marketing website

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience working in a B2B web marketing team

Experience

  • Working experience building and publishing in content management systems (CMS) including traditional CMS’es
  • Track record leveraging CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategy and driving improvement of conversion rates for our content.
  • SEO Optimization and growing organic business by building authority of pages over time
  • Creating and documenting technical business requirements for new digital features, CMS and web experiences
  • Prioritize and track development of new features and enhancements to deploy on the website
  • Experience with Quality Assurance and Testing, reviewing with appropriate stakeholders and scheduling releases.

Languages

  • Fluent in English, Oral and written – essential

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • CMS: Traditional CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace
  • Headless CMS systems, such as Sanity, Storyblok, Strapi, Contentful. 
  • G-Suite for Marketing Including: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Trends
  • Project Management and Workflow tools such as: Monday.com, Asana, JIRA
  • Experience wire-framing with platforms such as Figma, Adobe XD or Lucidchart
  • Web Coding: HTML, CSS or web development experience
