Digital Marketing Manager

You will make an impact:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will generate inbound marketing qualified leads for eClinical Solution's elluminate Clinical Data Cloud and software enabled services in target life science companies. Day-to-day responsibilities will focus on content syndication across various paid digital channels with a focus on social and display advertising, industry associations, media outlets and sponsored events and webinars. Strong project management skills are necessary to manage the budget, tracking and reporting of all advertising channels and partner performance as well as overall marketing reporting with a focus on MQL to Opportunity conversion. While you will manage external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to build meaningful optimized experiences for our buyer roles along the buyer journey. Effort will be spent working with the other Digital Marketing Manager to nurture the MQLs to generate new opportunities. You should be driven by data intelligence to make informed campaign decisions to move the needle on buyer engagement through the sales funnel to impact the lead pipeline for the market development and business development teams.

Your day to day:
- Investigate and experiment with testing different types of content in new and existing paid channels to generate marketing qualified leads. Including but limited to Google Search Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, partners like CenterWatch, ACT, Pharma Intelligence etc.
- Research competitive online ad presence and differentiate eClinical Solutions on these channels
- Grow content syndication channels and execute on the associated deliverables including, but not limited to digital design, copy editing, and vendor management
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Draft advertising content for banner ads, content hubs, email blasts etc.
- Maintain a holistic view of all digital channels to optimize campaign performance and channel attribution
- Measure and report on all digital marketing campaigns and channels performance monthly against goal (OKRs and KPIs)
- Using data intelligence identify trends to pivot campaign content and/or spend based on insights
- Help create personalized creative online marketing experiences to improve advertising conversion rates through personalized landing pages, chat bots, gifting, video, LinkedIn InMail, and email nurtures
- Investigate ABM platforms to further engage and identify target prospects actively looking for solutions like elluminate
- Manage the logistics and execution around third-party webinars which includes coordinating speakers and content
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to identify key conversion points and optimize user funnels

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related B2B marketing experience in life sciences or tech space preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience, preferred
- Proven experience working in digital marketing
- Highly motivated and passionate candidate that is excited about marketing technology and buyer engagement
- Experience with analytics and reporting with an emphasis on data integrity
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven
- Extremely organized multi-tasker who loves to roll up their sleeves and get work done
- Ability to work independently and produce results with little supervision while being a great team player
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pivot to improve overall marketing performance
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns on time and within budget
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and demand generation strategies
- HubSpot certification needed
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Well-versed in the use of social media and search advertising as a marketing tool
- Solid knowledge of google analytics, salesforce and HubSpot reporting
- Experience publishing web content, ideally using WordPress and HubSpot
- Basic graphic design experience a plus
