Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the strategic development and execution of all digital marketing efforts for First Orion. This position is responsible for digital marketing and advertising campaigns from inception to completion including SEO, organic and paid search, ABM initiatives, remarketing, and other digital efforts to create demand from leading carriers, enterprises, call and contact centers, and other prospects. This position reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.

Versatility and collaboration are key. Our ideal candidate is a team player with killer demand gen skills, campaign and project management experience, an analytical aptitude in tracking marketing performance, and a knack for bringing new ideas to the table.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop Marketing Programs, Advertising, and Demand Generation Campaign cadence for identified target markets and accounts:
  • Build lead generation campaigns and programs to support sales and elicit direct responses
  • Execute and manage all paid advertising efforts including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, NextRoll, AdWorks, and others
  • Develop and launch comprehensive ABM strategy
  • Build and maintain alignment between PPC and organic search strategies
  • Measure and report performance of PPC campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze keyword performance
  • Analyze, track, and report on CPL, CPC, CVR, CPM, and website traffic metrics from all sources
  • Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing programs, including copywriting, creative feedback, web form management, and program performance
  • Experiment, test, and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Measure and track all marketing activities with Marketo and SFDC reporting. Leverage URL parameters passed into form activities and capture source data during lead creation
  • Continuously research and suggest new ideas to help drive quality leads and opportunities

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's in marketing or related discipline
• 5+ years of related B2B marketing experience, ideally in advertising, demand generation, partner marketing, and/or sales
• Experience creating and managing demand generation programs
• Highly knowledgeable of online measurement platforms such as Google Analytics
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar tools)
• Highly organized budget management
• Self-motivated, with good communication, and teamwork
• Creative, innovative, and always thinks outside the box to find a solution
• Highly proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Metric driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
• Confident and polished with a dynamic personality and a sense of humor

Bonus Points:

• Master's in marketing or related discipline
• Telecom experience
• Wordpress experience
• Basic HTML and Photoshop skills
